alright... my problem is bad camber on the drivers side, I went and got an alignment done at a local firestone and opted for the lifetime, and they said they have no idea what could be cause of it. i included pics of the wheel, and some sort of adjustment bolt, but something looks off...? any ideas what could cause this? any ideas would be great, btw my truck is an 87 runner stock ifs

Jack the tire up and see if the ball joints or wheel bearings are loose.... Have you or someone else jumped the truck???

An alignment shop said they had no idea why the alignment could be off????? That's kind of scary....

Check the frame. Especially the mounting points for the IFS suspension. The top ones may have been bent in by a hard impact like jumping or hitting a curb. There is some adjustment at the lower suspension arm mounting points, but it could be more than what the adjusters can handle. If it is more than the adjusters can handle, some frame shops can bend the mounts out on a frame alignment machine. If that is needed and you want to wheel the rig, go to a solid axle or get a new rig. For light wheeling or daily driver it may not be an issue. The problem is that will always be a bit weaker than normal after being bent back into shape. There are IFS frame braces, but they only work to keep the back mounts from being pushed in.

Edit: From your photo of the cam type adjuster it looks like you are already at maximum adjustment on the lower suspension arms. In the FSM there is a section on how to do an alignment. For a FSM, look at the FAQ thread. There are some links to sites that have them for various trucks.

Edit: Another thing to look at is the suspension bushings. They may be very worn. Once I saw a set of aftermarket upper ones that had looked like they had flowed. That allowed the upper arm to push in further than it should have.

also i think it has been mentioned, if you have flexed it bad it will twist the frame where the upper control arms mount.

some one used to sell a brace that welded in between your frame rails to stop this.
