Check the frame. Especially the mounting points for the IFS suspension. The top ones may have been bent in by a hard impact like jumping or hitting a curb. There is some adjustment at the lower suspension arm mounting points, but it could be more than what the adjusters can handle. If it is more than the adjusters can handle, some frame shops can bend the mounts out on a frame alignment machine. If that is needed and you want to wheel the rig, go to a solid axle or get a new rig. For light wheeling or daily driver it may not be an issue. The problem is that will always be a bit weaker than normal after being bent back into shape. There are IFS frame braces, but they only work to keep the back mounts from being pushed in.
Edit: From your photo of the cam type adjuster it looks like you are already at maximum adjustment on the lower suspension arms. In the FSM there is a section on how to do an alignment. For a FSM, look at the FAQ thread. There are some links to sites that have them for various trucks.
Edit: Another thing to look at is the suspension bushings. They may be very worn. Once I saw a set of aftermarket upper ones that had looked like they had flowed. That allowed the upper arm to push in further than it should have.
