So I will try to relay this the best I can. I think the guy I’m using is good and seems to know what he’s talking about. According to him he needs more caster. He said “When you turn the steering there is no return to center and I think that is the problem” “It’s like the joints are too tight to allow a Normal return to center. The caster is maxed out on the passenger side. And it’s only at 2.9 which it really should be over 4 degrees”
The truck is a 2011 with bp51 and upper and lower total chaos arms. 285/75/17. So I figured that would solve the problem. Any input on how to get more caster or what not or something I can guide him with?

From my experience 2.9 degrees of caster should drive fine and is well within Toyota's specs. When I was all stock with only slightly larger tires my alignment was 2.6 degrees of positive caster and it drove just fine. No steering issues. I have had my truck aligned twice since adding a lift. First time a specialty frame shop did the alignment and set the caster at 3.4. BigO tires later on Aligned my truck and set caster at 3.1 and it drives similarly to when I had only + 2.6 caster. I would get a second opinion as the caster shouldn't be the root or cause of your steering issue at 2.9 degrees.

Sorry it wasn't clear but what is the issue that you're trying to solve?

Caster sounds in spec at 2.9. The 200-series doesn't call for a ton of caster as steering inclination also makes up for some of the on center behavior and feel.

What offset are you at in terms of wheels and/or spacers?
