Alignment issue

You def need to find out why they aren't measuring and adjusting caster. Even with SPC UCAs, if your caster is too low, you'll wander and "pull". "Pull" on a properly built road means pull to the right. If you "pull" to the left driving on the left side, your caster is way too low. Get your caster sorted...

The alignment guy said the castor was 3.6. He is talking about adjusting the castor on the right side to account for the pull.
Is that a normal thing? Having the castor be different side to side?

Sorry, I don't believe your alignment guy. I'd cut your losses and find a different shop, but that's just me.

Appreciate all the comments, going to try a new shop that comes recommended. Will report back.
In the back of my mind I still wonder if it’s the tires and or my mechanic skill from installing the lift.. but ultimately a good shop should be able to pinpoint the issue more so that the guy I have been using.

So this second shop did an amazing job and I’m happy to report the rig is driving very strait! And feels nice and tight. Big shout out to Little Bear Alignment in Buchanan NY.
He ended up having to move one of the LCAs back slightly, but seems to still clear the side step mount ok. Now just need to do the BM relocate and some mashing of the pinch welds and I’ll be set.

Glad to hear you got it sorted. Would be interesting to see the "after" numbers, especially since you're running the SPC UCA's.

I didn’t get a print out but he said he was able to keep the castor at 3.6, one side the LCA is all the way forward the other has to be moved back slightly.
He asked if I’d rather trim a little more and drive better or less triming but worse handling and turn radius. lol I chose a little more trimming.

Upper SPCs are at the D position.

Anyone know if changing the upper arms to different setting is ok? I discussed with the alignment guy and he didn’t know if that was good and prefers to move the lowers at different positions and keep the upper identical . Like if driver is at D but passenger is at C position. Which would change the castor at the upper not the lower on one side? Just wondering.

you really want to position the uppers in a manner that the lowers aren't maxed.
the point of ucas is to get back the caster lost to the lift. so imo the uppers should dictate a majority of your caster.
also keeping the lowers more even keeps the wheel centered in the well.

typically when i align big tires i try to stay as close to zero camber as possible and a bit more caster on the pass for crown.

I was searching for this topic, as I am experiencing the same issue (pulling to the right), with a few differences in the vehicle:
2019 GX460
26,000 miles
Completely stock vehicle and tires

See below for alignment measurements I received (before/after).
It being completely stock is there anything would recommend looking into? It seems like most recommended a different shop. Is that the general consensus? If so, anyone know of a good one for this vehicle in the Greenville South Carolina area?

I am going to swamp the two front tires to see if the pull follows the wheel.

Completely stock if you can’t get a good alignment I would definitly take it back or change shops. There should be no problem getting a good alignment with stock components.

Uneven tire wear will definitely cause a pull to one side. I'd start by first switching the tires side-to-side as you have indicated. I've had this problem on other vehicles. AWD vehicles like a GX need frequent tire rotations to keep things wearing evenly.

I should have mentioned the tires are 1 week old…

Did it drive okay before the new tires? Where does the alignment sheet fit into your timeline? Old tires everything good, bought new tires a week ago, got an alignment immediately after, and now it pulls? The numbers look good, if the above statement summarizes things. Wouldn't jump on the shop until after you swap the tires.
