I've had an ongoing issue with my alignment for a few years now. The truck is a 2016, purchased new. I put BFG KO2's on at about 4K miles and currently have 40K miles on the truck. Tire size is 275/70/18. The issue is that it has always pulled to the left - not a ton, but enough to be annoying on long highway trips. I've taken it to the dealer a few times for the issue. They will do the alignment, and then that fixes it for about 1K miles. After that it starts pulling to the left again. I never do anything to screw up the alignment as far as hitting large bumps, etc.

Attached are the pics of the alignment page they print out for me - it's always the same defect on the alignment. My question for you guys is, is this normal? If not, what do I need to tell the dealer in order for them to fix this? Appreciate any recommendations.

Hmm. If they weren't torquing the lower suspension arm bolts to spec I'd expect more than just the Toe to be moving. I suppose it could be a bent or worn out tie rod or maybe tie rod end.

No, I don't think it's common though.

That’s pretty easy. You’re cross cambered and cross castered to the left.

When I want to make a truck pull a direction, I add a half degree positive camber to the side I want the truck to pull. Same works for caster, positive side is the direction it will pull.

I’ve said this in other alignment threads, but they gets lost here easily so no worries. But making the boxes green is not the answer. Alignments shops (including Toyota) and not putting an ACE certified mech on and alignment machine. It would cost way too much. They are gonna put a kid on there, and say, “make it turn green.” I was that kid many moons ago. Luckily I grew up in a shop that taught me the right way.

Take it back, and tell them to even both up. If they say they “run out of adjustment” they obviously don’t understand that each cam tab is not exclusively an adjustment for either caster or camber.

Even it out, and it will be straighter than High Hefner.

The steering wheel on my 2019 LC with 6k miles is not straight...it needs to be about 5 degrees to the left for the LC to drive straight.
Issue was present since new. I have taken it 4 times to the dealer to correct and it went all they up their chain of command in Service. They got it to be straight but now 5k miles later I am having the same issue again. I rotated the tires at 5k miles as well.

Do you guys know of any good alignment shops in So Cal that know what they are doing?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Man, finding a good alignment shop is NOT easy. I’m in SoKal too and I swear...I give up.

Often not easy to even find a good tire balancer!
If you find a great one...let us know, because my search continues.

Johnson’s alignment in Torrance is fantastic!

I may be having a similar issue with my 2010 GX460. It was tracking straight, but on my last trip up to Tahoe, the vehicle started pulling right. I don't recall hitting any bumps or anything.

Taco2Cruiser, if the camber is causing this problem, do you know why the OP's vehicle tracked straight for about 1k miles before starting to pull?
