I should have posted some time ago, but things have been really busy! I purchased a set for my 60 about 1.5 years ago and I just want to second what @Idaho Savage mentioned - Andy is very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions and he was great about answering anything that came up. I've used the system a bit and will say that the drawers and sleeper system are extremely capable and durable.

I've been pretty happy - my only issue with it has really been the sleeper platform component and largely because I run a fridge in the back - the sleeper platform doesn't fold on itself, and so if you run a fridge in the back or have something else which is bulky, you may run into a fitment issue trying to store the sleeper platform when not in use (when you need the 2nd row up for kids or others). My fridge is large enough that the sleeper platform doesn't fit on the side next to the fridge and oddly sized enough to not lay vertical (and it will block rear cargo window which is no good). Having some type of piano hinge mechanism to fold on itself would be great, but there are a few support systems on the sleeper which Andy and his team have created for it which doesn't make this necessarily a quick fix but is doable. Having a sleeper platform option that folds on itself and doesn't compromise the support would be a great option (and maybe they have something in the works for this). Andy and his team may have fixed these other issues too as this seems to be a newer design specific for the 60 series and the one I got (I think) was likely a modified version from the 200 series as he mentions above. For example, my current sleeper arms don't lock into place if sleeper platform is off (I tie them down if platform is off and seat is down so they don't go in/out), and my drawer system goes right to the end of the 2nd row seat such that the metal middle support digs into the carpet a little on the back of the seat as do the two slides when the 2nd row seat is up (see pictures below). I have new carpet back there which is thick and I don't think it will cut into it (but may over time camping, wheeling, going in/out, etc) and I may but some other protective cover on them when seat is up. Again, these may be non issues now with the more specific design (and Andy, if there is a way to retrofit something from new design to keep the hinges in place for when my sleeper platform is off, that would awesome!).

I also have the cutting board and the metal supports on the side/under just hits one of the side bolts on the outside causing some issues. I will likely machine the cutting board support slightly to be able to slide in/out without issue (again see pic below).

Otherwise this is a very solid system, and again, Andy and his team have been terrific, so if you are interested in a drawer system this is a great option for sure and highly recommend speaking with Andy/ADGU. If I were to do it again, I would definitely go down there to have them install it lol - they likely have it down to an art form by now. As a heads up - if you don't have the factory cargo hooks already in your 60 (I can't recall which years have it and which don't as there seems to be a lot of variations - need to just go and check to verify), then you may be doing some drilling around your fuel tank area (tank doesn't need to come off) - mine didn't have the pre-existing factory cargo hooks.

Thanks!

We've actually changed quite a bit of the 60 series system as of 2024. It's now its very own thing. Yours (and all other 60 series systems pre-2024) were our standard LC system with some tweaks. You have larger drawer volume in that system, just by a small amount. The new one is a bit of its own character. Similar architecture to the LC systems, but updated with some small dimensional changes that make it easier to install. Harder to maintain inventory of parts to manufacture, but easier on the install, haha.

Shoot me a PM or email and let me know if you can move the system vehicle rear at all. I thought we had that measured to just barely clear on both ends.

I'm really excited to get the new version out into more 60 series. We've done a ton of 80/100/200 stuff and I'd love to see more 60's. That blue one that came in recently was wonderfully nostalgic.

Agreed that coming to us for install is ideal! We love meeting all the customers we can and ensuring everything goes in smoothly is easy when you've done it a hundred times. The 60 having inconsistent anchoring points definitely spices up the process :)

Had a 60 Series in the shop recently for an install, wanted to share pics with everyone! This customer opted for a seat-delete sleeper and a pull-out CD30 fridge.

Looks great guys, can’t wait to get mine soon. I’ll post up pictures once I have it installed.

Cheers, James
Looking forward to it!

Hello @Air Down Gear Up Crew, Just got my drawer setup yesterday and have it placed. Extremely happy with the fit and finish, well executed! Will finish up the final install over the weekend and post more pictures once I'm done. Credit is due to @dnp and @CruiserTrash for the sweet carpet kit and side panels.
