Air Pump/smog delete- plug air manifold? (1 Viewer)

I’m in a state that doesn’t require smog, so I’m going to eliminate the air pump and hopefully the tens and tens of vacuum lines.
questions: Do you plug off the air intake manifold on top of the block?
2. Do you also plug the exhaust tube running from Bottom of the exhaust manifold to the air pump area?
3. Also, not use the air bypass valve assembly at all?

looking for sage advice from those that have done it.

This is a 3FE. Pipe plug in the manifold and pipe plugs in the intake manifold
