Just done my yearly check , the vehicle is level and correct the front pressure is 7 rear 6.5 so all good . However the height sensor readings are -1.2 and +1.1 respectively , how do I get to zero

You need to use the active test (which involves using a paper clip to bridge pins on the OBD2 port) to raise/lower the front and rear to the correct ride height (50cm front and 52cm rear hub to fender). Then plug in tech stream. Without starting the truck and the key in the ON position, move the sensor arm to the 0 position while monitoring in techstream. That’s the jist of it. There is a huge tread on AHC here which is worth the read.
