AHC Question on Purhase (1 Viewer)

I am looking a purchase of used GX and the AHC works but has a hesitation when going up and down. It will move up, hesitate a little and then sort of a little clunk before continuing to go up. Is this normal or a sign of future problems?

2007 with 125K miles

Mine did the same thing when I bought it. I think that's just how it works. It's the shocks doing the clunking I think. I have an extra set of airbags I just removed today I can sell for real cheap. Just replace it all with the metal tech setup then you can forget forget about leaks and torn airbags.

The clunk indicates the driveshaft splines need grease.

Mine no longer clunks after I removed the rear air suspension. I'm not sure what your clunk is but it sure sounds like the one I had when the stock airbags were on. I wouldn't worry about it especially if you're gonna upgrade suspension.
