Does anyone have a DIY wiring guide? I would like to retain the factory wiring harness but I won't mind cutting up the lights' harness if needed. I found the male connector that connects to the factory female wiring connector so I thought about making my own ends.
Can I connect 4x LED cubes to the factory fog light circuit or is that too much draw?
Amazing variety of solutions for fog light upgrade seems to reflect two camps of thought. Modify and make the mod obvious to anyone that sees your GX...or, make the mod as discreet and clean-looking as OEM/factory aesthetic. I'm in the second camp when it comes to mods. Given the creativity and complexity of the technical challenge, similar effort to provide a lens on the installation is a worthwhile endeavor. Big congrats to the mod write ups.
