From what I've read, if I were to change the grill to a Tundra any of the Tundra bumpers will fit?

I'd like to avoid that, if I can... Doesn't seem to me, there are a lot of after market bumpers for the 2nd gen Sequoia's?

I personally have no idea, but what bumpers are you considering? I can't believe the ARB is $1700ish!!! Especially when you can get them for a FJ60 for under $900. I looked at the Smittybilt bumpers online and they look nice, but I have never seen them in person. I'd be curious to hear what other options you have researched.
 
@fjdemon Looking for something "ARBish"... I couldn't find anything available on ARB's website, then again it doesn't seem very user friendly to me...
 
I just picked up a new Sequoia for my wife and am planning on turning it into the light-duty offroad/camping rig. From what I have read the 2007-2013 Tundra ARB bars will bolt directly on to a Gen2 Sequoia, and in general most 2007-2013 Tundra bumpers will work on Gen2 Sequoias with no or minimal trimming.

I think the ARB Sahara without the chrome hoop is my top choice currently

THIS IS WHAT I WAS TOLD REGARDING TUNDRA BUMPERS ON SEQUOIA'S " you can fit our tundra bumper on your Sequoia. It will fit right up but does leave about 1" gap under the grill- other customers have installed light bars there or you could also purchase a tundra grill which would bolt right up and get rid of that gap."

Anyone mount on a post ‘13 model or know if the 08-13 version can be adapted for use on 14-22 models, w/o going to the Tundra grill? I see the ARB models are listed for the early 2G’s only. Would think an adapter or modifying would be possible.

The post right above yours shows the tandem off-road bumper and their site says 08-22 compatibility.
I don’t think anything changed in the MY14 update other than the headlights (?).
 
@412Sequoia an 2007- 2013 Tundra bumper should be a direct fit. The front end is identical. Only in 2014 did the lines of the Tundra change. So Pre- 2014 bumpers will fit a Sequoia from 2008-2021. I am making the assumption based on having the early 2nd gen Tundra ARB on my 2008 with the 2021 headlights. No grill change was necessary.
