Advice on rust

Hi everyone, I'm new here. Been eyeing a LC for the past few months and I'm about to pull the trigger, been seriously looking at used ones for sale nearby. This week I'm looking at a 2004 LC, seems to have no real issues and lots of recent maintenance. The seller sent some photos of the frame, and I want some advice on the rust. It doesn't look terrible but I am not honestly too knowledgable about this and would appreciate some your thoughts. I can't really make out whether it has been painted black at some point or not. Apologies if this type of post isn't allowed, I imagine it's pretty repetitive...

Anyway if anyone has any other advice, I'd love to hear it. Been religiously reading this forum the last few days trying to learn everything I can about the truck. Thanks in advance!

I've seen worse rust but all of that white stuff is probably salt.
I suspect that you'll have trouble with every bolt that you try to remove under that one.

Thats not bad at all, but be prepared to replace bolts and rubber bit by bit. And probably drilling or cutting them out.

ive seen way worse, if the deal is good enough, it might be worth it?
