ok its an 81 diesel LHD with an SOA.. its in Florida at Xtreme GXR 4X4, toyota, Land cruisers Treasure Coast, South Florida

what would yall offer on it...it isn't currently running but did a year ago with some coaxing.

He is asking $8500 for it.....what would yall offer...the tub and frame look super solid, but not running and sitting at a reputable shop in florida means shipping it and no idea what it will take to get it started.

the owner has had a few redone at this place in florida, which is why it's there....he dumped $100k (according to him) in another one and can't do this one for fear of his wife...

seems like these south american imports thru MIA have had there share of scams associated with them. But that is just mud/internets talk, I have no knowledge...
 
this checks out...he is talking to the seller, a guy ive talked to on here, and also the the shop where it is...he is getting estimate on a new engine to consider before making an offer...he is also getting current pics from the shop....im getting excited as my father in law seems pretty serious about it.....

and all this came from him driving my FJ40 the day it arrived!!! I guess my sickness is also contagious.....wife seems immune though
 
I would have to see it in person before I sent any money. Just sayin...
