You don't have to do anything to the air line if you don't want to. Simply remove the drive flanges and install the locking hubs. :cheers:

The axle will continue to disconnect when in 2wd... and connect in 4. It won't know you put hubs on it.
 
2x on what 2ndGen said. And also, you get....LOW 2!!! Leave the vac switch alone and you can run your hubs un-locked in the summer for max MPG, and LOCK your hubs in the winter for a shift on the fly 4WD!!


best of both worlds if you ask me...
