Adapter for NV4500 to stock HF2A T-case -- group purchase

I was quoted today $300 for the adapter from a local machine shop. That was material cost as well but I need to see what they will do it for since I already bought the alluninum plate.
My buddy who was going to do it for free had an issue with his machine.

Does that include the design/CAD time, or are the designs already available somewhere?
