Rack and cross bars are around 3 years old. No rust, no dings. Installed some foam grips to the side rails to make it easier to grab in the summer 
Have all of the hardware needed for mounting.
The Rhino Rack Vortex crossbar mounts are designed for the 4Runner/FJ/GX470 style rails. See link below. Crossbars have rubber channel inserts to keep water and dust out. Mine are still in good shape but something to be aware of. Can upload better pics of the cross bars if interested.
