a little help please

My wife has a GX470 and it has a parasitic draw that has been killing batteries. Before this came about I replaced the master door switch with a new aftermarket switch. I've noticed that the drivers window will operate with the engine off and the key out of the ignition. Is this normal? I'm not aware of other Toyotas that I've owned doing this.

That is not normal. Might be the body ECU is bad . Or the the key lock is worn enough and not turning off some contact.

replaced the body ecu with a used one and things haven't changed. The truck is also locking then unlocking itself on occasion.

Its your door switch you replaced. Start there. Thats the change that happened then the problem started. By the correct switch from OEM and I bet your problems will go away.

Thanks, I was driving the wife’s GX and told her I need to do something with her seats. Not as bad as a stock 80 not not as good as a modded one either.

Made some progress. Replaced all 5 lock motors and door switches. With the aftermarket master switch removed the draw is gone.
