I just saved this thing from a trailer park in coastal NC and brought it home this weekend and have been going through it. I have a few questions and pics below.

Is this the stock front leaf spring bracket?

Does this ecu look fried? I tested at like 162v with the ignition switched in the on position and the tester leads connecting the B+ and E1 with the harness connected.

The engine isn't getting fuel and I tested from the fuel pump to the circuit opening relay (COR) and they test good when jumped from a battery. The CEL isn't coming on and the COR isn't clicking with the diagnostic fuel jumper installed and the ignition turned on per the FSM.

In the last pic I am missing the black cap from that sensor. What is the name of the sensor and is it an issue that I am missing that cap?

I plan on getting her running, replace the springs/shocks/tires then tackle the rust.

Yes that is the factory front spring hangar on the solid axle frames.

Not sure on the ECU.

That is the idle up solenoid for the AC system, not a sensor. It causes the idle to increase when the AC is switched on. The missing cap shouldn't have anything to do with the normal running of the engine. The white knob on that vacuum port lets you control how high the idle is raised.

Did you say 162V @ECU? Gotta be a typo.

You need to get a hold of the electrical diagrams in the FSM, if you dont already have them. They will help diagnose the issue with fuel

I miss read the multimeter it was in mV. So right now I am only getting like .2v at the ECU BATT terminal. Fuses all are good accept there is a 40A fuse in place of the 60A in the FSM but they all test good and I get 12v out coming out of the thick white wire that leaves that fuse box. Gonna see where that wire leads i guess..

Since this isn't your Daily, I'd pull all three wiring harnesses out. Yes it's a pain but then you can open everyone up and check the wiring.
