A/C oil question - 92-22RE

My AC has been giving me problems so am thinking of going to 134A instead of the R12... I am going to purge, vacuum, etc...

What kind of oil (and how much) do I need? Is it nescessary to change out filter/drier & expansion valve or can I just flush with nitrogen, check for leaks and add refrigerant?

I do not know the oil ratio off the top of my head BUT I have read about the ratio many times on line. Just google it and you will find it.
