I have a 1995 pick-up that im replacing the air conditioning system in. The problem is that i have tried two different after market evaporators and the fittings do not match up. The low pressure line from the evaporator to the compressor will not fit the new evaporators the fitting is undersized on the evap. Also the evap fitting is to small for the expansion valve. I'm thinking now that i possibly have the same evaporator thats used in the 1995 T100. That might explain why when purchasing parts for the 1995 pick-up nothing will match up to the evaporator. So does anyone have any expirience with this. I would like to know for sure before i purchase anything else.
