Which orientation is the m/f aspect of these? Would this simplify adding a normal dual circuit master cylinder to a pre 70 truck?

Look at the picture above with the three different fitttings on it. the gold color fitting is the adaptor, fitting to the left is a 10 mm fitting that threads in the female end of adaptor. male end of the adaptor is a 9mm.
As far as adding a dual circut master cylinder, you will need to make the front and back brakes on seperate circuts. that will require some brake line work to seperate those. hope I helped, good luck with your project.
