If my house sells and you still have this I'm interested. You stated is has factory locking differential, is that front & rear or just center?

Mr. Bighead is correct. It has both front and rear lockers. In fact Ting and I took it for a spin today to make certain that it still works since I haven't used them. Works great.

I test drove the LX this afternoon again and we were able to engage all three lockers easily on lose gravel.

Mike is an engineer, and knows how to take care of the car. There are no rips on leather seats, dash, and steering wheel, and leather is still soft and supple. There is no rust prone factory roof rack which I like.

I am no mechanic, but it drives fine on local and freeway. I didn’t hear or notice any strange noise. I suggest you paid Toyota or Lexus dealer for pre purchase inspection for $100 or so. I was busy this afternoon, so I didn't spend a lot time on it...

The second picture in his first post shows the OEM locker dial so I'm guessing it has F/R lockers.

This series is new to me, thanks. The wife wants more creature comforts, so the 62 is going in favor of a newer model. The builder in me appreciates how far ahead of the game I'd be on this setup.
