Driver door arm rest available? Can that be separated from door card? Thanks.

I need 6 items

1. driver side mirror
2. driver side fender with the flare.
3. Dasboard top part. The one that always gets cracked. Hope yours is not.
4. Front and Rear Diffs since it seems yours was triple locked.
