93 22re engine codes

I am hoping someone can help tell me what these codes mean on a 93 22re 4x4 I pulled code # 22 and 13, and also help with some suggestions, the truck is idle surging and I think it is something with the ignition system/ distributor? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks

those two codes together point to the temp sensor connector on the manifold. its the inner most sensor. (there are two next to each other) check out the connector and wires.
