Purchased from @banjo1981 with blown motor.
I sourced a replacement motor and trans.
I purchased a used motor/trans with 275,000 miles from @FlyinFaded and installed it. Prior to install I cleaned it up, did rear and front main seal, oil pump seal, dropped both oil pans, and timing cover and resealed, as well as a bunch of miscellaneous parts like broken electrical connectors.
Currently has a California Title in my name. Also has current smog certificate for State of California.
At present, not working (not investigated):
