I'm very sorry for the late/distant reply. I started a new job and do not visit this site often enough (it makes me sad cause I want to keep my last Cruiser!).
Anyway, thank you Mike for the offer to help turn wrenches for any prospective buyers. For those who do not know, I bought this FJ40 from him and did a few things to it. Never got wheeled either.
Yes, the 80 sold. Please do not ask what I sold it for, just look at the asking price and figure it out.
Yes, the FJ40 is still for sale. Carbon, I replied to your PM finally. Sorry for the delay.
And I'm also adding a new option for those interested in the FJ40. I would be open to discuss trades since I sold my wifes 80, she has not vehicle now. I needed to pay off bills so it was the one I didn't want to sell, but it went first.
So I need to replace it.
I'm open to many things.
Ideally, it needs to be very road friendly. So stock or mildly built is what I'm after.
Another 80 series, 4Runner, Xterra, Tahoe/Expedition, Suburban, Montero....you get the drift. Looking for a SUV basically of equal or lesser value. I can do a straight trade or you can put some cash in if you have something worth less. I can't put cash in with it. I'd love a 100 series but they are just too much $$$$.
So, back to top with trade options for those without the cash means but the want for this turn key wheeler!
