Hello...I've a rusted out P.O.S. FJ62 that is pretty stripped out after I've gotten done with it. I stole the wiring harness and all the power equipment for my '87 FJ60. The dash is out too, and the engine cannot be fired as I cut all the harness out.

I bought it as a parts truck and was told the fuel pump was shot but that the truck ran. I am almost sure the odometer was at around 151k but the truck "lives" somewhere other than my house so I cannot run outside to check. I ran the engine on starter fluid before I cut it to swiss cheese and it actually ran and moved! It had forward gears and reverse also. However a trans line started leaking within about five min after it was running so that was the end of driving it.

So it has to the best of my knowledge a good motor, trans, transfer case, and axles. There is very little of the body left, rusted and whatnot. But the motor is complete. I will probably steal all the A/C components off of it but otherwise I'd really like to get rid of it as a whole, but as you all know scrap is fetching some high dollars right now. My first quote for the truck from a boneyard was $350!!!

I'm looking to do something with it by 7/19 at the very latest! So you're interested call me ASAP or else she goes to the auto graveyard in the sky.

Let me know what you need and I'll see what we can do. If you're interested in the engine and trans or axles I'd rather you take the truck whole as I will be needing the space soon.

John and, I think I emailed you on the grab handles or as I say "Oh Sh*t" bars...they are there and they are yours...everyone else thanks for your patience I'm off of a road trip to Denver that took up all weekend and have major deadlines at work this week.

However, I will do my best to round up all your requests and will be at the truck tonight and see if I have all the stuff...if I've not said it's at my mom's house in the Chicago suburbs.

I will figure out pricing too. And yes, PayPal would be the best way to pay I guess? Does anyone else do any other payment methods?
 
How about the front bumper PS end cap? Is the battery tray rusted? If not I may be interested. How much shipped to 93003? I will email you.

Cargo area carpet is gone...sorry

Hubs might be able to do...have two complete sets as I have two sets of axles.

Seats I have to check on...but I thought I had an earlier request from someone else...did not get to the truck last night.
 
Rear door top latches and hinges? How are the doors? I'm local and willing to pick up.

Pulling a bunch of stuff for forum folks this weekend. Planning on pulling the engine either way...sorry tho, harness is all cut up so anyone who'd want to drop a 3FE into an early model or FJ40, you could...but you'd need a wiring harness.

Trans may as well come out too...maybe...looks like x-fer case is gone.
 
Needs:
2nd row shoulder seat belts (gray)
Receiver hitch
 
Sorry...seat belts are all spoken for and also 3 points in the rear started in '89 so this bad boy does not have em!

Don't recall if it has a hitch or not but will check and let you know this weekend and if it does have a hitch it's yours In2!

Motor is being pulled and just the shell will be going to the boneyard...again motor is not spoken for as of yet. Planning on getting compression numbers prior to pulling for those that want such information.
 
Hah!!! So much for getting it to the boneyard by 7/19 eh?
 
Okay..it's 7am in Chicago, it's a beautiful day and I'm pulling parts. If you want anything call me and let's talk or email/PM. My goal today is to pull engine, thirds, and someone is supposed to show up for the trans and transfer case. Lots of good stuff left.

Motor coming out...who wants it?

Engine is coming out today all...I will be getting compression numbers in prior to pulling it out...anyone need an engine with 150k?
 
Could I purchase the alternator / ds motor mount bracket? I need the bracket that bolts to the motor.

Secondly, I would like a price on a single third member shipped to 12309.
