Did you happen to do the rear main when you did the transmission work? I'm trying to replace a driveway oiler I have right now, and this could be a candidate if there are no leaks. I'll give you a call tomorrow if you PM me a number and a good time to call. I'm in the Monterey area.

Thanks,
Jon

Smogged and ready for CA

Just got it back from the Smog shop and it passed CA Smog no Problem. The Tech commented that the motor is in great shape and wished he could buy it and finish the restoration.

Still Have It

None of the interested people have made it out to look at it yet.

Kernville is a beautiful place to visit, just about every outdoor activity you can think of to do here and there is a nice FJ60 to take a look at. Wouldn't be a wasted trip even if you don't buy it!

You can: Raft, kayak, mountain bike, climb, hike, fish, windsurf, off-road, waterski and the list goes on! Great Place.

Is the rust spot by the windshield the only visible one you can see on the body?

Are the chrome pieces missing still obtainable new from Toyota??

Thanks!

Mot

Yes on the rust, the rest of the body has no rust. the frame is clean as well

Not sure about being available from toyota, I know Spector Off-Road has or can get them www.sor.com

Thank you, Paul, it was good to meet you and your crew. She made it to Monterey without incident. I'm getting acquainted with it and have a few questions, so I'll send you a PM and give you a call sometime tomorrow.
