Dent guy came by today to clean up a few dents, came out pretty straight

So i have found all the minor rust on the truck. I have started cutting out and making patch panels. Treating all metal behind and going to put some really good paint on everything once cleaned. I prefer to buy rust free trucks but all in all this is very minor. Will be good as new by the end of next week. I need to get this buttoned up because the body comes off next week. Big thanks to @CenTXFJ60 and @dogfishlake for all the metal pep advise.

Super interested in this.. I just started seriously considering swapping a 1HD-T in my 60 as well. Where'd you source the engine?

Also, what are your plans for the headliner? Gonna reuse the old one or what?

Motor is out and new input shaft installed. Hopefully motor trans and exhaust will be complete by Thursday.

The frame is one of the better frames i have seen. The coating from new really protected it.

Motor and trans are together, gonna mount it in the frame tomorrow. Thanks to valley hybrids for making these nice mounts @orangefj45. I also like making everything toyota.

I am curious if you got some pricing on repainting the truck. I am looking at one and it would need to be repainted as well as having the rear quarter panels replaced. I have no idea what bodywork should cost.
