85 22re bracket identification

Hello all you 22re gurus! Lookin at you Pappy . I finished doing a head gasket job a couple of months ago and I cannot for the life of me figure out where this bracket is supposed to go. Hopefully someone here recognizes it.

Looks like it's for the throttle cable to me. Possibly goes on the valve cover, or firewall?

I was thinking that too but cant find where it would mount. Was also thinking maybe on the lower intake to hold fuel return or vapor line.

I think I figured it out! It seems to be the holder for the fuel returned line.
