Man! This stupid noise is been bothering me for years! I tried to explain it to qcouple of mechanics I the past and they look at me like I am crazy.
It is the same noise. Low speed and when I turn it off.
Never knew it was that simple to fix it.
Going to try it this weekend.
Mine is brown too!!!
Weird.

Guys,
I got around to do this "fix" today. Took me like 15 minutes.
OMG! I can't believe it!
I turned the wipers on, low and high, and silence... silence!
I wish I knew this 5 years ago.
Another Fj60 Brown's problem solved.

Thanks for the tip, got my relay pulled and oiled today, no more wining!!
