I am a collector living up in the Seattle area. I would like to come see you truck in Bend if you still have it... Also, was it difficult bring this truck to the US from whereever you got it?

Glad you liked your new toy. I know it can be rather nerve breaking buying a vehicle sight unseen. I know from experience after purchasing two fj45 pickups sight unseen--one of which was supposed to be drivable and after having them delivered finding out neither was in a drivable condition---with any luck they may see the road again. As for now I am still in search of a good 64/65 FJ45 LV----so if you know of any send them my way.

Be sure to post updates of what you do to the Troopy---can’t wait to see the result. :bounce2: Scott
 
Warrior’s LV is amazing----and I have spoken to him about it. But I am on a quest to find an LV with the cowl vent that can be opened and closed---see photo. I am a Land Rover man making the journey into the Toyota world and this style vent reminds me of some of the old Land Rovers I used to own.

Shoot, if that is what you need. Then I will make it happen. By the way...Mr. Carlos (Lucy_FJ55) is amazing. He let me use his garage to replace my bell housing this week. Smoothest BH swap in the history of man kind.
