Need a trans for an 86 pulsar... Any ideas?

You could probably buy an 86 corolla for the same price that a trans would cost you for a pulsar and a corolla would last you another 10 years.
Pic-a-part in Chilliwack had a pretty good selection.
BTW, the Sentras are all over the global south hauling people and their supplies over roads most SUV owners here would not dare to go. I once had a taxi trip in one where we had 5 people in the passenger seats, plus two of us riding in the trunk on a very muddy road. It was slow and it was no Lexus but it got us to our destination.

I think I might have a lead on one locally... comes along with a spare car worth of parts. It's not in the driveway yet though.
