@OffRoadScott - we are going to play some musical batteries when we get to Moab and confirm fitment.

The @Cruisers and Co 80 you see in the pictures is running a Duracell group 31 which looks to be slightly longer and wider than the Optima on paper.

Installed the battery tray today. Perfect fitment! Everything feels solid...except I probably need a new battery. Please excuse the Moab dust and my random lengths of wiring that I haven't shortened. Thank you BIO! Highly recommend this great product.

Loosely bolted in to adjust fitment.

Tightened down.

Stock sized battery dropped in.

Done...lots of room in front. I really like that they extended the "floor" of the tray forward to support spare fluids.

@BertH2O - we are glad you like it! We put in the work to make sure the fit would be ideal.

We are also glad to hear that you like the extra storage up front! You should be able to fit a couple of quarts of oil/ATF, etc.

Remember the provisions to mount some Blue Sea breakers on the back of the tray.

Did you get a chance to play musical batteries and see if the 31 will fit on the LH side?

We have not physically put a group 31 battery in the driver/LH side to confirm fitment.
On paper, this should work.

I am not sure if I understand your question?

We are selling a tray that will replace the stock battery tray if yours is failing.

We also sell a tray to mount a second battery, or a compressor, in the passenger/RH side. If you do this you can use our washer relocation kit to move the stock windshield washer bottle.

Regarding group 31 batteries - we are 98% certain that they will fit in the DS tray. We already see people fitting them into the PS tray, and the floor dimensions are identical.

See here where we put a CAD model of an Odyssey group 31 battery in. It will fill the width, but it clears the inner fender and the radiator. The j-hooks fit and there is enough thread.

If you are running a model with the threaded posts, you will have to make sure that it clears the hold-down up front.
