I rebuilt my front axle and now I have a right wheel Squeaky axle and a leaking axle seal on the left hand side. I used the heavy duty axle seals and followed the service manual and I do not know what I could have done wrong.

How were the surfaces on the axle shafts where the seal rides and did you lube or grease the seal prior to installation of seal or axle surface ( where the seal rides ) also I like to pack the backside of the seal with cold assembly grease prior to install to help soften deflection of the seal during install when stabbing axle. Did you lube the hub seal prior to install if it was dry during install that could be the squeak I’ve seen that on other full floats before if you don’t lube the ever loving shizz out of things you risk overheating / tearing / deforming seal surfaces before they have chance to get the other lube in system circulated.

Put the axle seal in with seal driver, lube it. Yota oem seals are what I have always used with no issue, lube the back side where the spring is to keep it in place. Keep the axle level when installing it, you can’t fish it around as you could be prying on that seal.
Squeal sounds like possibly dry spindle bushings, did you grease the bushing or needle bearing and the inside?

The surface of the axle shaft appeared mint. I used some sealant on the axle seal for install. I did apply some oil to the axle shaft upon stabbing. One thing I noticed was the "oil deflector" behind the inner shaft seal was boogered up, like the actual shaft had definitely rubbed on it causing that to be wallowed out and brittle.

The squeaking was caused by "dry" bearings. I repacked the outer bearing and squeezed a bunch more grease inside the hub. The squeaking is currently gone.

I need to order a new stud to replace what's missing. I'm just worried once I get in there it's not going to be a very good time because the reason I had to rebuild was because the LH inner bearing decided to become extremely loose and caused the birf to rub inside the knuckle somehow and scrape the edges of the knuckle bearing races as well as "destroy" a brake rotor causing it to grind on the caliper.
After rebuild I instantly had a leaky knuckle
