I've got what I am told is a 4 speed and bell housing from a 79 fj40

I am looking for 4.11 gears from an FJ62, or 4.10 gears from an 80 series cruiser, possibly the entire rear axle from 80 series with lockers and all attachments. Also interested in any other parts you may have to trade.

I have an 83 FJ60. I am willing to trade or sell for parts that fit my truck.

i had a local shop tell me it is worth up to $300.00 with the bell housing. The bell housing is a popular swap for V8 conversions in many cruisers.

is the bell housing stock? if so, then it's worth probably somewhere around $100 including the transmission if the output shaft on the trans is in good shape (no worn out splines).

if it's an AA bell housing to adapt the cruiser 4 spd to a gm V8 engine, then it's probably worth $100 more.

Steel wheels seem to sell for $100/set and about double that with decent tires. I'm not sure about the trans but I'd estimate $200 to $300 - possibly more.

I'm gonna say $300 or best offer. first reasonable offer gets it. i am motivated to sell
