77 Toyota FJ-40 Landcruiser (SOLD) – I have owned for over 10 yrs, mild rebuild/resto 6 yrs ago – all new parts replaced then unless otherwise noted, rhino lined interior/exterior (body sanded/sprayed w/ rust inhibitor w/ no rust prior to lining, did not put any bondo/body work), chevy small block conversion (10 yr old rebuild w/ <10k miles) with holley projection fuel injection system (3 yrs ago – new tps sensor may 16), dual exhaust w/ cherry bomb mufflers, saginaw power steering, optima battery, new downey clutch/PP/throw out bearing, rebuilt transmission & t-case, new aftermarket gauges in factory cluster, new bestop reclining seats front & forward facing rear, 5-point harnesses, full roll cage, removable hard top, have bikini top as well, bull bar, roof rack, functional snorkel, new 35” mud tires (2 yr ago, <2,000 miles) new within last yr (<500 miles): master cylinder, calipers, pads, wheel cylinders, shoes, starter; nice running/driving vehicle with very few issues, title in hand, have 63 pages worth of receipts over the years totaling more than asking price $6,900 for cruiser with parts listed below, may reduce price if parts/new tires not included
everything works except speedometer/odometer (new cable, have not investigated) and needs a turn signal switch, rotors pulse and could stand to be replaced but functional
Parts available – 79 FJ-40 axles w/ 3.73 gears & newer knuckle pattern, new in box items: IPOR high steer kit for the 79+ knuckle pattern (NIB receipt for $460), full rebuild kits for 79 front/rear axles, brake booster (NIB w/ receipt for $180), rear disk brake bracket (NIB w/ receipt for $80) & FJ-80 4 wheel disk master cylinder (NIB w/ receipt for $100), proportioning valve set of used/good rotors/calipers/pads for rear disk (used <1yr of use), numerous other extras and will not sell parts separately unless cruiser sells first, Thanks
