This was on my '40 when I got it, it was cracked and someone mudded it over. The mud that is on it is from the late 1970s. I was going to fix it when I painted it recently but managed to get a semi-new one.
This one has the early-style square corners.
Surface rust mainly top and bottom, its biggest problem is the crack near the latch point in the middle.
It includes no hardware, glass or weather stripping.
The price is $250 plus shipping (my zip is 98362). There is a UPS ship point nearby (FedEx and USPS too if required) and I can make a shipping safe box for it.
