De-rusted and lightly modified with trimmed rocker panels and front fenders, currently has 30000+/- miles on original transmission and transfer case (speedometer stopped working within 100 miles ago).
The truck now has a Ford 302 V8 that was installed when the original owner threw a rod in the original inline 6. The V8 runs but has some low compression and is a little tricky to start, will need some work. Still has original 4 speed trans and transfer case, 2 wheel high works and drives, will not shift into 4 wheel high/low (no cracks in case).
What has been fixed or replaced:
-entire rear deck, wheel wells, sill, floor boards have been replaced
-front and rear ambulance doors have been repaired
-last 18” of the frame including spring hangers has been replaced with a donor frame and is boxed for added strength (Harrisonburg Toyota inspected the truck and the frame/ suspension geometry is within factory spec.)
-BDS 4” lift kit (never off-road)
-HFS greaseable shackles
-31x10.50x15 street tires (will now fit 33 or 34 inch tires)
-3 way adjustable TRD seats
-custom overhead consol with pioneer cd/am/fm radio and 14 channel cobra CB
-Hardtop has been shaved to the tub, top rails replaced, fiberglass roof has been reconditioned
-herculiner covered floors
