I can't say I've ever seen a smog certificate before
I see a few things off in the above.
state of vehicle registration is Oregon
cert is only good for 90 days?
air injection passed even tho it isn't connected to anything
the EGR visual passed even tho it isn't there

I wonder if he paid the guy off?

Well this guy selling the cruiser is one shady guy. I am most definitely sure he paid someone off to get a fake smog certificate.
Really angers me with people like this passing junk out there.

In Nevada those smog places are heavily regulated and from what I've been told they fear being caught bending the rules. I really don't even know how they can here in Nevada. I do remember in the 80's I could find shady smog places in the SF Valley. I guess it hasn't changed much there. Doesn't it say where it got smogged?

Greg is the guy selling these cruisers.
He is known to do shady stuff. And I have seen some of the stuff he sells.
That smog location exist too. I know exactly where it’s at.

This guy skips titles so his name is not on them. Shows his cars or meets them far away from where he lives.
