Wanted 75 or newer FJ40

Hi, I am looking for a 40 project with no rust but doesn't necessarily have to run. I can work on the whole mechanics but body work isn't really a possibility. Looking to stay under $6000 for the vehicle and really would like it on the east coast or more towards PA but well not sure if that's possible.
