i have to get rid of this truck as i am moving, this is also whv the price is cheap, i need to move it asap. this is a firm price. asking $2500. i am located in the austin, tx area.
truck has a fairly new engine, less than 10k on motor. has rv cam, weber(manual choke), tuned headers. has a lot of head work. new timing gears, water pump, oil pump, radiator, clutch, etc.
****enigine is out of my old 79, so it has a rebuilt 2f with power steering****also to be noted, this thing was decked quite a bit and the head reworked a lot, has 9-10/1 compression. 185-190psi per cylinder.****
alxes rebuilt, lock rights front and rear, 4.88's. rear disk conversion. axles have less than 5k on them, front hardly used.
transmission is four speed with three speed case, all rebuilt.
(geared low, 55 is about cruising speed)
electrical, has painless wire harness, everything is there, except the blower(not hooked up, but its there and works), wipers are hooked up, but need to run wires through windsheild frame. turn signal switch lever broke.
body has some rust, and has dents, been laid on its side and rolled, and was used for its intended purpose. only real problem is with door on passenger side it is hard to get it to open and close.
****has rust in lower bottom of door(firewall and floor and a pillar) around the rear header(floor at the back) and around the lip where hardtop would sit****
****windsheild frame needs brackets to secure it straight up(ripped out in roll over)****
****frame is great, nothing wrong with frame, surface rust only****
suspension is 4inch lift on springs, has revolver shackles so about an inch from those. it is big, but not big. has 33" tires, worn to fair. spare is new super swamper.
there is no hardtop anymore, but have a bikini top and a duster top(bikini with back).
truck is street legal, just needs inspection, drives straight. only real issue is seat frame needs ebrake handle attached. (floor mount)
comes with a brush guard, all interior spare parts, spare trans/transfer, spare birf, spare rear shaft, extra driveshafts. more. cant remember all now.
