73 Gauge Cluster

Was thinking over tge weekend why is every meter ( oil pressure, fuel, temp) incorrect on my cluster -


Does it need to be grounded?
Ever happen to anyone?

Is it possible all the gauges are broken (they work just not the correct readings)

why is every meter ( oil pressure, fuel, temp) incorrect on my cluster -

Could be a case of cluster/sender mismatch...maybe somebody swapped in a different year cluster?
