73 FJ40 for sale (Kansas City) Price reduced
I hate to do it, but it is time to sell the 40. The family has outgrown the truck and I need to make room. I live in the Kansas City Area and am asking $9,000. I bought the truck in Colorado about 5 years ago . The previous owner had the engine rebuilt in Colorado and gave me the information from the shop in Golden. Since then I have done quite a few things; Carb rebuild, new alternator, fuel pump, master cylinder, clutch slave rebuilt, points cap and rotors replaced, valve job and tune up, and new muffler/exhaust. I have done a frame "up" restore, replacing the rear quarter panels and sill with new steel and sandblasting and repainting the rest of the vehicle. The hardtop has been rebuilt with new seals at the lid. I have a front disk donor axle from a 79 fj that I will include in the price.
I have used the truck as a daily driver off and on during the 5 years and have tried to keep it as stock as possible.
