Hello,
I'm interested in the foot pedal hand throttle(whole assembly) plus choke cable. I would like the rear chrOme rings plus the one lense you have (reflectors). I'm not sure if there is suppose to be a receiver hinge for the rear seat to clap into but if you have it could you send me a picture of it (sorry about the screwy description but I have yet to see one because I don't know anybody else who has an FJ55 to compare with.).
I'm out here in California at 92336 zip code area. From Mill Creek 98012 to me with a 15lb package would be about 12-15bucks is that the right info. Let me know the dealio....

I don't have a zip code to referrence and I'm not having any luck with ups in regards to the zip code as well but I'm sure I'll be able to handle the S/H cost.

dsa03cjj: im trying to pull the dash out right now but im not sure how...is it just the 2 screws at either end on the bottom of the dash? i dont know if i missing screws (probably) and i dont want to force it...
 
Removing the dash pad is not an enjoyable process. You need to remove the glovebox(inners aswell), and the instrument cluster(speedo etc) so that you can remove something like four nuts, not including the easy 2 bolts you have already dealt with......there are also some clips thrown into the mix. A small ratchet with extension and a 10 mm socket does the trick. You have to reach in behind the switches etc to access these :censor: bolts. Not difficult, just a little tedious................................ ;)

I'd be interested in ALL interior panels if they are in good shape. That's cargo are and all four doors.
 
if anybody needs any body pieces i.e. wheel wells ect i dont have a problem getting creative with the zip disc, i have already cut out and sold the rear drivers quarter panel to old fj and dont mind zipping off body pieces if somone needs them.
 
i dont have the turn signals any more, they went with the fenders

i do have a gas cap, its not the original and it is a bit rusty though

offkilter: dash pad is now out if your still interested. send me a e-mail at guy-lamontagne@hotmail.com if you dont mind sending it there instead of a PM, PM box keeps filling up and yea...just sucks e-mail might work better
 
chances are good that i do....dash was complete when i tore into it.

kyle lecky: i dont think that gas cap is going to come off for me...its a locking cap and rusted on, sorry about that

lil'John: ill try to get the dash pulls off but the tend to be a PITA so it might take me a little while to get them off and on their way to you
 
nope, still have the dashpad, it was going off to ebay but if you want it ill send you a PM
 
Could use the backup light lense, right taillight lens and the cowl/vent piece in front of the windshield if bent or too rusty. Prices and condition?
Good luck on the 40 project...just acquired a very nice RUST FREE 55 needing interior work and a little TLC. First cruiser since buying a brand new 40 in 1973.
