Bought this 1972 FJ40 off Mud a few weeks back. It is a great patina’d FJ that my sons and I can wrench on and drive.

I’ll post some pictures, etc. but I need to figure out seat belts and / or a roll bar. Neither were installed from the factory so looking for a solution.

I took the roof off and drove it today to my sons’s school. He wanted to ride home but without belts, I’m a little cautious.

Windshield down is quite enjoyable.

Junk yard seatbelts is an option, but man can that be a waste of time. I lucked out and found two 70’s pick-ups(ford & a dodge)that each had a long lap belt for my FJ40.
