You are on the right track! You MUST recreate the OEM wiper wiring if you plan to use an OEM wiper switch and an OEM wiper motor.
You need a 6 pin FEMALE connector on the wiper switch side and a 4 pin FEMALE connector on the wiper motor side.
You need a 4 wire harness to go between the OEM wiper switch and the wiper motor. You will need Blue, Blue/Black, Blue/Red and Blue/White 16ga wires.
Connect as shown on the drawing below and you will be fine. Note the crossed LW and LB wires are NOT wrong!

I sell the wire and connectors with terminals if you need them. Just need to know how long you need the wires.
If I hadn't already made the harness it would have saved a ton of time to just buy your connectors.... you literally answered many of my questions 1 minute before I sent my questions.... still curious about if I need a jumper on LW and WB or does that occur in the OEM switch?

You cross the LB and LW wires at the wiper motor connectors as shown in the drawing above. No jumpers.
If you did not use connectors then at the motor just connect the LW wire from the switch to the LB wire at the motor and the LB wire from the switch to the LW wire at the motor.

Old thread revival. What does the connector on the switch connect to under the dash. I see the bullet connectors over near the fuse block, but is there a connector up under the dash near the switches? I found a 3 wire connection but I think that is for the rear heater. Where do the 2 ground wires go from the switch?

Thanks!
