69 Steering wheel cancel tabs (1 Viewer)

Does anyone know how many cancel tabs should I have on the back of my 69 steering wheel? I see this one that has one pin for the R and L on them. Does that indicate right hand or left hand drive?

If I remember right, just 1 pin on the wheel and 2 pawls on the column for cancelling.

What @skeddy said. There is a good write up as to why lots of folks have removed the pin due to the steering wheel locking while turning creating a safety issue.
