I'm looking to sell my Cruiser. I am open to trades as long as it is a 4 door TOYOTA 4x4.
I bought this a year ago from a retired engineer. He did all the work and gave me the folder with all the documentation of the restoration.

1978 2F engine – total rebuild with 15K miles on it.
1978 four speed transmission and transfer case (bearing kit 2009)
DUI ignition distributor system
Headers, Weber 36 carb, new flow master and exhaust pipe.
Hoses, water pump, alternator, clamps, fuel pump, thermostat replaced at rebuild and radiator re-corded.
Twin 12 volt batteries with make/brake shut off switch selector switch
Power steering (man-a-fre four runner kit) custom installed
Complete frontend rebuilt i.e. ball joints, steering knuckles , bearings, center arm locking hubs etc.
Specter 4” lift complete lift kit with springs, shackles and shocks.
Wilwood disc brake conversion (front and rear) with all new break- lines.
Wiring replaced with Painless wire harness
New after-market dash and gages.
Body disassembled, rust cut our or treated, repainted and reassembled with stainless bolts throughout 2005.
16 gallon extra rear tank with eclectic tank switch on dash.
16 gallon front tank with new sending unit.
New inner and outer bearings in rear end.
New 17” mag wheels (2009) 33" Firestone tires 60% +-
Heaters front and rear (1978 style)
Factory Roll bar with pads (Specter off Road)
Custom removable gun rack off roll bar center
AM FM Stereo / 40 CH. CB with weather channels mounted in custom built overhead shelf.
8m Ramsey RE worm drive electric winch with custom mount front.
33” spare tire rear on stock tire mount
Custom bumpers front and rear
Trailer hitch and plug rear – hitch mount front
Bucket seats with Tuffy center lock box.
No back seat at this time but I have one for it.
Every receipt since 2002.
Rust: 98% rust free. Two spots about a quarter size, but are superficial. One on the driver side near the door, that other is the passenger side near door. The floor and pans are solid. The rear corners are solid. I've never seen a totally "rust free" Cruiser, better to be up front than hide something.
Just needs a different speedo cable since I got the bigger wheels and tires.
