Definitely a project, but it'll work....for something!

Bought it from a guy I know's brother who decided to buy a 100 rather than restore this one. Early '88 (September '87 build), 136k miles, 3FE is said to have "run when two previous owners ago put it in the barn." The rings have been "kroiled," so once that soaks in, we'll find out the truth of the matter. Body is't terrible, but it does have some rust in the driver's lower quarter. Interior is there, but like so many 60 series, it hasn't held up well. LOTS of usable parts......

If I can get it running, I'll go one direction. If I can't, I'll go the other. Either way, it'll be interesting to fool with.........plus, I hadn't ever owned a 62 before.

Back on the 60 thread... Ashley Sapaugh would like to sell her (Clutchee's old) 1986 FJ60. Haven't seen the truck in years and it hasn't been cranked in about a year. What I remember about the rig: Front ARB bumper, rear swing out bumper, sliders, locked front and rear (ARB's I think), full float rear, and 2.5" BDS lift on 33's. Some extra parts as well. Will need tires. Holla at me if you are interested and I'll get you her contact info.

Depending on condition and price I could be interested. Was it in good shape last time you saw it?

It's always been a solid rig but I can't speak for it's present condition. I've been many a mile in that 60. Always got us there and home. PM me if you want her contact info. She just want's it gone.

I'll take it back; since I gave it to her in the divorce I'll gladly take it back. Been debating on saying anything but I'm in Mexico on business trip that's a cluster so kinda fitting.
Since she has -0- in it whatever you pay her is pure profit.

I know they are unavailable unless your willing to pay 100 plus, ( I'm not) but has anyone found a good substitute for the factory headlight washer bottle ?
