Next up is a 60 series lid.
This was a test for the new construction method, it is the strongest lid I have made, but also the heaviest. 1/4x1 cold rolled steel lip, laser cut frame, but a pound heavier than it needs to be.
It's a great lid, sells for full price, $275, shipping included.

Next up is another 60 lid, this one has been kicking around forever, it was an odd size, then fell behind when I made the switch to the button head bolts since it had counter sunk holes, then I was thinking about putting it in my truck for awhile, but then I started this new construction stuff..... its a good lid and it needs a good home. :p
$250 shipped, and you have your choice of running the flat head (not suggested) or button head screws.

I also have a set of side panels available, these were the first production test set, they have plywood lids and I have retrofit the dust lip to the inside. They will fit a 60 or 62 with no seat belts and no washer bag (these are the early kind that still interfere with the washer brackets).
$350 + shipping.
They can come with plastic lids, but it will be an additional $60

One is the middle lid pictured here:

Damn my washer bag. I never fill it, so I might as well remove it....

Then again, I still have that FF rear to buy, so I'll have to force myself to wait.

Sorta installed

Kevin the lid did arrive :clap::clap:and it's now dry fitted in the tailgate. :bounce2: Will take it back out to spray the liner inside the door at the same time the interior is lined. Thanks for a wonderful product, and I am waiting for the QP as soon as your are ready, see u did'nt get rid of me yet. Again Pic's of install on the BT60 rebirth thread, there are already a ton on them here. BBFN

hey Kevin, any recent news? My place in line hasn't changed much. Figured you took a long well deserved vacation but are now feeling sorry for the 80s tailgate guys :D

Vacation! I wish. Actually we just bought a garage with an attached house and we have been moving/remodeling. So Wagon Gear is technically not up and running at the moment. The dirty work is winding down so our pile of house crap will move out of the garage soon and my tools will move in!
This is a good thing though, it is a much bigger space to work in and I will be able to leave projects set up. Wagon Gear will have a physical address soon, so be sure to stop by!

New shop

Congrats on the new shop oh and house too! Now get to work!!!! Just kidding glad you are getting the room to do it right. LOL Doc;)

Thanks guys, the house is a PITA, but hopefully having a garage will be nice, should help with the efficiency but it has been two weeks without a shop now and it's getting old.

I have the names of everyone who has emailed me for the various lists over the last few weeks on paper, but have not done any online updating yet, just haven't had time.

Jeff, you're getting the lists confused, the one in this thread is 60 series stuff, the 80 list is on my web site: here
